  • ¾ cup nonfat plain yogurt
  •  ½ cup 100% pure fruit juice
    • Choose 1 of the following: orange juice, apple juice, or grape juice
  • 1 ½ cup frozen or fresh fruits
    • Choose 1 of the following: mixed berries, peaches, pineapple, blueberries, raspberries, or peaches

Instructions:

  •      Puree yogurt with juice in a blender until smooth
  •      Add fruit to the hole and continue to puree
  •      Pour into a cup and enjoy!
