BLUEBERRY YOGURT SMOOTHIE FOR BELLY FAT

Did you know blueberries can help you lose belly fat? They are low in calories, high in fiber and full of anti-oxidants. Drink it during lunch time or when craving for sweets. You could also drinking it before a gym work out for increased energy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Plain, Unflavored Yogurt
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 dash Honey
  • Ice
Directions:
  • Add yogurt, blueberries, almond milk, honey and a handful of ice into a blender. Blend until smooth. If needed, add more honey. Drink it with a smile on your face!
