SHIPPING INFORMATION

We use USPS as our main shipping carrier. After you place the order, we will try our best to ship it out quickly as possible. Please give us 3-4 business days to ship out your order. Shipping date counts from the date we ship out your items, not from the date you placed your order.

Did you place a backorder? It could take anywhere from 7-18 business days to ship out your order. Backorder simply means the product has been sold out and currently in process of getting re-stocked. Your order will be shipped out as soon as we receive our fresh products.

Do you live within United States?

  • FREE SHIPPING for orders $34.99 and above!
  • Flat fee of only $5 for orders under $34.99.
  • USPS can take up to 3-5 working days to deliver your order.

Do you live outside of United States?

  • Please use our Shipping Calculator during checkout to find out your exact Shipping cost.
  • For international orders, USPS can take 14 to 20 working days. It all depends on your location. Please contact our customer support at support@asapskinny.com for any questions.

Customs, Duties, Fees and Taxes:

We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your shipment. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they will be due at time of delivery. If this is a concern, please consult your local customs office for your country's duties and taxes. As much as we would love to help you, duties and taxes differ between countries. Please note, if our packages get returned back to us due to your refusal of paying taxes, duties or other fees - we will not be able to refund you for shipping and other fees.


Wrong or Change of Address:

It is extremely important to contact us right away if you submitted wrong address or want to change your shipping address. Please send us an e-mail within 3 hours after payment to ensure you will receive proper help. You must put "SHIPPING ADDRESS HELP" on subject line. After the order has been sent out, things get complicated. So please try your best to be accurate as possible. We are not able to refund on orders where wrong addresses have been submitted.
